Extremely poor customer service. I tried to buy some bitcoins from them and after they took the money, they sent me an email saying that the transaction was declined because of my card. They kept the money either way. After I sent some emails they said that I will receive my money back in several working days. It's been 2 month, no track of my money and they are no longer responding. I had to report on S K Y L I N E - R E C O V E R Y C O M to get help.
