Balloons were expensive as I sent the “elf on the shelf” to our friends daughter.
Arrived damaged/broken & some balloons were deflated. Although customer service were helpful & resent replacement components, the gift is overshadowed & the surprise has past!
Customer service said it was DPDs fault, no refund was offered.
If this is a DPD issue, maybe these kind of gifts are far too fragile to send!
