I sent a balloon surprise to my brother who was in hospital recently. The whole process was very smooth and simple. Which was wonderful because I was ordering the United States. The balloons arrived on time, in excellent condition are were a big hit! When I had a question regarding the order, my email was answered quickly and professionally. So, thumbs up for customer service and communication. I ordered the purple monster balloon walker and three bright coloured star balloons. My order was delivered at the promised time and was correct. My 52 year old, baby brother loved it - as did the rest of his hospital ward. Yay for balloons. So, much more fun and jolly and value for money than flowers. Thank you!
