Very disapointing experience this morning when I went to collect the balloon I had ordered - the box, tail, weight, tissue paper and message card were covered in a brown gunk - this hadnt been noticed by yourselves - I had to ask why the inside of the box was so messy. The box was replace and I commented on the other elements that had the gunk on them, they should have been checked by yourselves when the first issue was noted. I was told the building management had been informed as it was linked to airconditioning and I waited over 15 mins for the new tissue paper, tail, message etc - the focus should have been on ensuring that damage caused to the purchase was resolved asap so that I could leave with the balloon not contacting Building Management and telling the team not to place boxed under the airconditioning - from a customer service and satisfaciton perspective, the sequencing was wrong - a very disapointing experience - I have recommened yourself to others, I may not do so in future.
