Normally great , on this occasion 3 of the 5 balloons were deflated on arrival. my partner even phoned and complained , which she shouldnt have to do for a valantines present. You offered to replace the next day but she declined the offer as its not valentine's then, when i came home from work she had tried to hold the balloons up with sellotape ! Not sure if you have refunded or a credit added to my account but would have expected you to contact me after my partner complained and let me know what you had done or was going to do, just checked my emails and only this email asking for a review ?
