The balloons were amazing and my daughter loved them. Arrived in great condition and on the day requested, the pet walker llama was one of her favourite presents of the day.
Only slight improvement would be to let customers know their packages may arrive in two separate deliveries, mine arrived 4 hours apart so there was a slight panic. However, customer service were excellent and replied to my query to let me know DPD do sometimes split deliveries.
