This was my first time as a customer. Sadly the balloon didnt arrive on time. This was due to an error on the post code. It should have arrived 3rd, and after contact customer service who I have to say were very pleasent to deal with the balloon did not arrive until 7th.
I would recommend you leave plenty of time from ordering to when you want a delivery made.
