Simple ordering process. A good selection of balloons available to order. Easy to change delivery date at short notice. However, the balloon delivered was not the one that was ordered. When I contacted customer services to find out why it didn't correspond, I was told there were no more in stock after the original balloon was no longer fit for purpose. I was not contacted to choose an alternative balloon and the option chosen on my behalf was clear and ordinary. While I received a full refund, I was still very disappointed with the replacement, which may well be my last opportunity to buy the recipient a balloon. I therefore wanted it to be 'special'.
