Hello, thank you for your service. The delivery time and order process was smooth; however, the lettering on the actual balloon was not to the standard I was expecting. The words were not correctly stuck/ attached which was very disappointing as it is quite expensive for a singular balloon. I loved the overall design but disappointed with the final finish.
