Stayed in this very nice hotel for 3 nights, and on leaving, my husband left his trousers, 2 shirts and a belt in the wardrobe. A series of phone calls followed, and after the 5th they agreed they had the goods, and having taken our credit card number said they would post them on. They never arrived, so after another 15 phone calls thay now admit that they must have been stolen. GREAT! I await compensation, ha ha.
