The person who helped me absolutely changed my opinion of Buell as a company after the disaster I dealt with from the store I purchased my wetsuit from. The store gave me a hard time and the run around after a suit purchased from them ripped on the seems and I had only used the suit a handful of times. The store would not exchange the suit even though the person who sold me the suit was present and I had my receipt. This was very frustrating and the scene they caused was truly unbelievable and unprofessional. Ultimately I contacted Buell and the customer service person worked with me on getting a new suit and change my mind from deciding to never purchase from Buell again to now having a positive experience and opinion of Buell as a company. This was the second suit I bought from Buell that tore on the seams and I also have one other suit from Buell that is great with no issues. The customer service rep helped me get a suit that was actually better in quality and that was refreshing. Unfortunately there was not any suits available in the color I previously had which was gray and black so I settled on all black which is not a choice I would typically make but that was all that was available. Regardless the service was top notch and i commend the rep who helped me because if not for them
I would never consider buying another suit from Buell but going forward when I need a replacement for my short arm long legged 2mm suit that ripped I will certainly buy another Buell suit to replace the one that ripped. I never received a shipping label to send back the full suit that ripped on the seams so if I can get that I will ship my ripped suit back to you. Again great customer service that honestly shocked me and at the same time was greatly appreciated and better than any company I have ever dealt with so hats off to you and especially the rep who helped me. Thank you!
