My product is great and exactly what i was looking for. I am pleased with the product again. However the customer service rep was horrible. He was pushing me to buy the EXP products which does not have the product i need and was unhelpful when i told him these products do not have my photo on the sign rider. He said yes well thats what we have. If i didnt hang up and keep searching myself i could have went to another company.
Make sure reps are not pushing exp and pushing what the client needs and is looking for.
