I would say that the entire experience was good. I didn't quite understand a few things from the website, and I had to wait a bit for a customer service agent to jump on. The metal lawn sign holder was excellent, and the metal sign we inserted was great as well. However, I couldn't for the life of me get that metal sign inserted into the metal frame. It took someone else to help me, and there were really no instructions. All in all, it's absolutely beautiful, and we would certainly recommend Build A Sign.
