The only billing system from an energy company that I’ve ever been able to make sense of.
Great customer service - I had an error in my first bill, emailed them about it and it was all fixed within about 20 minutes. When I’ve tried to fix issues with other companies it’s taken weeks of endless phone calls.
When I moved house I was thinking of starting with Look After My Bills but decided not to after seeing reviews of people who had been switched to cowboy companies who refused to fix problems. Really glad I went with bulb for the sake of my sanity even if it ends up being a few quid more expensive.
