I am extremely surprised that a company could charge an average of £55 over 3 months and then in one month jump to a charge over £200 in a 1 bedroom flat with one person living there. If you can find another company other than bulb I would greatly consider doing so.
No explanation and no customer service, this company truly is difficult to understand the ideal of fairness.
