Terrible company to deal with. Customer service when I joined bulb several years ago was amazing, but now it’s one of the worst I have experienced.
Took them 18months to fix the broken ‘smart’ meter they installed and all the while they were using their own estimated reading which were inflated. Finally changed the meter after me chasing every few weeks and they couldn’t get a final reading off the meter which I found very convenient for them considering we had to move out of the house for 4 months, so usage in that time would have been nil!
