I put up with regular rate increases for a year before I finally had enough.
They refuse to let me leave. I have tried for weeks to leave and they refuse. First they said I owed a balance. So I paid the balance. Then they said it takes a few weeks before we can accept your payment. So I waited. Then they took the money from my account but now they are saying it takes a few more weeks to apply the monies to my balance. It is a giant scam. I am now complaining to the ombudsman
