No hassle switch over from my previous supplier. Bill is easy to understand. Only issue I have is that my smart meter which I had with OVO years ago was connected when I switched over, but it's now disconnected. Will have to contact Bulb to reconnect. But doing manual meter readings is very simple on their mobile app. Especially like the torch button for when I have to go under the stairs for the gas reading!
