Switched to Bulb as the previous occupiers used them for their property. Although Bulb's rates are much lower than our previous supplier, this is not reflected in our bills because the previous occupier used a lot of energy compared to us. We have to pay a large amount each month based on this usage which has built up a huge amount of credit on our account. This is frustrating as Bulb really does have great rates!
Other than that, the app is easy to use, and Bulb keep us updated with regular emails and letters.
