Good prices, easy to manage online account, customer services are great and editing my payments has been easy. The bills are a little confusing at first but you get used to it. Only problem I had was I had a smart meter installed and they never sent me a bill for 3 months, by the time they replied to my emails asking about it, I had incurred a debt of over £80 and my month bills went up above £50 in order to repay the debt and my normal monthly usage...
