Service is ok, but I am constantly spammed about communications by email or SMS.
With regards to things like price changes, T&Cs and also Smart Meters.
I have contacted them to stop these spammy communications but they seem to have increased in frequency.
Note: I have no control over installing a smart meter, so please stop asking me to get one.
