Bulb have provided a generally excellent service for the last few years. The web site is clear and efficient so that routine procedures like entering readings were easy. Their phone help has been really good also.
I now have a smart meter and that seems to be working fine although installation was rather lengthy. I am not sure if Bulb is as competitive in price as it was when I switched but my feeling is, it is not too bad in this respect.
