After never changing from BG for years and years, Bulb was a breath of fresh air. I joined over three and a half years ago and have saved hundreds of pounds. I have had not one problem in that time. The system is so easy. They give lots of information on each statement regarding if you have a problem in terms of paying or for other reasons, and places to find help. I literally cannot fault them and am so annoyed that they’ve been forced out of business apparently through no fault on their part. It's a great loss.
