Dear Sir/Madam;
This is the first time I have dealt with Bulb Energy myself, and so fart they have been rather good.
The E-Mails I have sent in regards to my account, they have replied to them very promptly. Which I find very important.
Additionally, there is a name actually attached to the relevant E-Mail which some companies, especially the banking industry, try to remain completely anonymous.
