I’m on a tariff with higher rates during the day to enable a slightly cheaper rate at night. This was due to the house once having storage heaters.
It doesn’t now: so I’m paying over the odds during the day to have a reduced cost at night that I cannot utilise.
Absolutely criminal and no one I’ve spoke to cares at all to help with the situation.
I would avoid using this company
