Since joining Bulb from SEE (who grossly overcharged me) I have received excellent service. They did manage to get a rebate for me from SEE and being able to submit my monthly reading is wonderful as I can keep an eye on my useage. Their Customer Service is excellent (as opposed to SEE), they are helpful, efficient and have always answered any query I may have. I’m moving back to England some time in the future and certainly intend taking Bulb with me.
