Have had no problems after switching to Bulb a few years back. I contacted them last week after receiving my forecasted payments under the new increased energy price cap. I laid out several points which I felt justified a review of the forecast. The response from Bulb was very quick and a revised forecast was provided and implemented immediately. Thankyou Bulb, top marks for Customer Service.
