Service is discusting I moved in to my flat on the first of February my gas metre wouldn't work can't top it up they keep asking for photos and videos of the metre.
It's been 17days and the gas metre still won't let me top it up I have no heating and no hot water but they just keep fobing me off.
Can't wait to get it sorted then I am changing supplier 😡
