My gas meter's screen has stopped…
My gas meter's screen has stopped working. Have been told that they're not replacing meters at the moment and that my gas payments will be estimated for the months I'm unable to read and will not be able to find out exactly how much gas I've used. I've hardly used it this month and I'm quite angry that I'll end up paying for far more than I've used. Do these meters record your usage even when the screen's not working? The person I spoke to has told me they don't know.
