Poor customer service, wanted to stay with Bulb after a pending house move but as I've been poorly treated I've decided to move on.
I'll be surprised if the Customer Services Team are managed as their responses to my emails have been curt and with a total lack of interest to my issue and don't appear to care about retention of customers.
I hope the Directors of bulb see this and do something about it otherwise you'll be losing more customers
