Ordered oil that I needed for a specific date, after 0 order updates for over a week I inquired with their support. At that time they told me I opted for store pick up, which I absolutely did not and my order confirmation even has my home address as the shipping address! So now I’ve missed my deadline to make products and still have no resolve on this.
