Brandy in Bulk Apothecary's customer service department has a terrible attitude. Be careful when ordering fragrances or essential oils. You won't realize they have cheated you out of ounces until you have to measure and use the entire 16 ounces of fragrance all at once from a new bottle. Brandy had the audacity to give me a difficult time after we have purchased thousands of dollars in products from Bulk Apothecary over the years. Give me what I paid for every single time...I ask for nothing less and nothing more!
