Avoid at all costs. Ken refused to accept vouchers I'd bought from university shop without making a deposit. I later found that this was not required according to the university. Ken agreed to refund the deposit, but made me wait for months and ghosted me. Only when I complained to the powers that be did I finally receive my money back.
