Kenneth John duffose is a serial fraudster. Takes money, doesn't show up, randomly cancels, sends other drivers, tried to book a driving test without ever going on a dual carriageway, without doing manuavers. Makes up excuses about parents dying and other stuff, and I spoke to others who confirmed he does the same. This man is a fraudster. He should be in prison.
