Amazing product and support experience! I highly recommend it. 1. Subscription and delivery I bought a 6-month recurring subscription with international delivery to Finland. My first box just arrived, couple of days after ordering. Good packaging, no damage whatsoever. 2. Customer support This is where things shine. My first box got lost during shipping, so they sent me a replacement one immediately, with 1st class mail. I received it the next working day with a bonus discount card inside. Also the email reply from the customer support was immediate. I think the whole thing was solved within 30 minutes. 3. Products The foods and toys are great fun for my pet rabbit (a rather large Small Silver). He loved all the hays and treats, which are quite expensive/impossible to get where I live.
