My box didn't arrive, initially bunny box were fine and explained how they have to wait 30 day and after that the box would be officially lost and I would get a full refund.
Over a month later Bunny box are ignoring my Facebook messages despite having read them. I still have no box and no refund.
Terrible customer service.
