Burrows was our 3rd garage to visit looking for a new car and from the moment we walked in the service was exceptional. We were treated with great respect and guided through the process and each car we picked was explained to us without being patronised. We had a delay on receiving our car but was kept up to date throughout. Connor Watkinson was the member of staff who dealt with us and he was absolutely brilliant and if he didn’t know anything he would go and find out from other staff members.
