The buying experience was very pleasant, Simon was very helpful and no pressure was applied to hurry our purchase decision.
Disappointed that the car battery failed after 150 miles, requiring a Mazda rescue, but we were supported by the supply of an upgrade courtesy vehicle until the issue was resolved which took a week. Appreciate the desire by Burrows to concentrate on a thorough investigation of cause rather than the rushed return of the vehicle.
Also disappointed that on return vehicle had several large splashes of bird droppings.
