Dealt with them via email to start with. Then met with Stephen in person and purchased a new CX-60 with quite a quick lead time in the spec I wanted. I then did the handover with Simon who was very efficient and the whole process was flawless. Would highly recommend Burrows to buy a Mazda and so far, the hybrid CX-60 is one of the best cars I've owned.
