Rang Patrick at Worksop branch and asked him if he could spare me 10mins if i called in. I had 2 problems with the C-HR that i had recently bought as an ex demonstrator. There was a series of 5 beeps coming from the car at random intervals and not associated with any driving conditions i also have dots appearing on the sat nav screen. Patrick found that i had mistakenly checked route tracing with my stubby fingers. He fetched the youngest member (sorry I don't remember his name but he is a future star) of the sales team to listen to the strange beeps. He quickly determined that as a demonstrated car it had a telematics box fitted that the workshop had forgot to remove when i bout the car. He removed it and now everything is as it should be.
