Bought a used car car from Toyota Rotherham. Initially spoke to Jamie, and then dealt with Taylor. Both these guys were extremely helpful. Taylor resoponded to all my queries and took his time in dealing with me. Sorted a few issues on the car before collection - which was appreciated. Optional services were discusssed but there was no hard sell. Reception staff were also very helpful, I could see that customer care was important and all staff demonstrated this. Car was fully valeted before collection. Taylor (and Jamie) are a credit to your organisation. Would highly recommend.
