From beginning to end the purchasing of my new car with Burrows was seamless. I was kept up-to-date with the process through emails and text messages which helped to ease my concerns. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly always put me at ease when I arrived at the showroom. They took the time to explain everything in great detail and at no point did I feel pressurised in any way. I had time to think about the purchase and they were on hand to answer any questions I had regarding the sale. All in all a very pleasing experience and one that I would definitely recommend to my family and friends looking to replace or purchase a new or used vehicle.
