My 3rd Rav4 and this was recognised by Bob and other staff members. Very efficient procedure sorting the trade-in value against a favourable purchase price. Once I had decided what to go for, Bob went to great lengths to search down the vehicle closest to my description and came up trumps at the end.
I have always found the front of showroom people at Burrows Rotherham very approachable and eager to please. Long may it continue.
