We renovated two washrooms in a nursery school and used Bushboard as the supplier for all parts. They were perfectly friendly to deal with and helpful throughout the design phase. However, inflexibility with their delivery timeframes and repeated delays when replacing missing parts was a nightmare to deal with, causing real issues for all the other trades people who had to work on the project. We then had leaks from three toilets and found ourselves caught in the middle of a blame game between Bushboard and the plumber. After months of trying to get Bushboard to acknowledge the situation, they refused to accept any responsibility and left us with an additional bill to pay. They offered to deduct an amount from any future bills with them, but this gesture was too little too late. Be warned.
