It’s expensive for the little progress of natural fill i payed for 13 bottles or so and barely even notice any difference in my opinion been taking it for almost a year dont get me wrong i guess something is different but i did notice myself being moodier since taking them im still keeping up only time will tell to see how much of a difference there is
