Website was easy to negotiate. Found the flask I wanted. It got delivered to my friend's address within the specified time. I can't comment on the product myself as I didn't get to see it in the 'flesh' as it was for an 18th birthday present but my friend was very impressed when the 'lid fell open' while she was wrapping it for me!! Maybe you could offer a wrapping service to complete the gift experience? Would be very happy to recommend this site as an alternative in gifts and would use again myself. Thank you.
