website was very speedy and emailed me a few times to advise problem on order. The problem was that the compay offered a free engraving service on the item I purchased but couldn't do this. I contacted the company to ask why - the service was, and is still offered - and was simply told it was unavailable, not why it was no longer available. That is the only complaint that I have with this
