I ordered an engraved round hip flask, (not a sporran flask), but unfortunately it didn't stand up (as it was designed to do)! When I phoned to ask for a replacement I was told, following some investigation, that none of the round flasks in the warehouse would stand up! I was somewhat surprised by this glaring quality issue!! However, I have given a "good" rating because customer service was good and I received a refund without any quibble.
