Good website. Clear as to what you could order; clear as to extras i.e presentation box with cups & filler. Good interactive screen on fonts for engraving. Speedy! Ordered on a Sunday pm & emailed Monday that it was on its way; received Tuesday I think! It's a birthday present & not needed til mid August so don't yet know recipients response. I ordered a 6oz pewter hipflask with retained cap. Thats what I received. Im not sure about the machine engraving as its quite rough feeling & smaller than Id imagined but I've put that down to the seller knowing the right size for the piece & hope it will smooth with handling. So long as my son likes it I'll be overjoyed.
