I had a custom request on some engraving and the reply was quick and helpful. Unfortunately the flask I ordered was out of stock but when I explained that it was for a close friend on the other side of the world's birthday the company send the package express. It got there with a day to spare and my friend loves his flask. Great, friendly service - I look forward to sending more gifts!
